On my evening walk I saw this parachute on the beach. It look familiar. I speak to the owner who is wearing a substantial harness. He says he is just exercising and practicing. The chute is for his powered powered chute. Oh yeah! he is the guy I see cruising the beach about 200 feet up with a gas powered fan on his back. This guy exudes a cool calmness as he floats his kite around. He says he weighs about 70 kilos, that each of the thin parachute cords, must be 40 or so , each will support 150 Kilos.
